To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

瘋狂擔擔麵套餐 ($118)呢碗撈麵揀咗BB辣、BB麻，撈麵嘅口感非常好，加咗牛舌作配料，味道更加豐富。牛舌煮得剛好，軟嫩多汁，配合擔擔麵嘅香辣醬汁，簡直係絕配👍🏻再加埋一杯凍檸茶，清新解膩，非常合適。最後甜品方面，叫咗紅棗銀耳湯清甜滋潤，劃上完美句號🥰瘋狂肥腸麵套餐 ($115)呢碗湯麵同樣係BB辣、BB麻，湯底濃郁，肥腸煮得剛好，口感滑膩，再搭配杯凍檸茶～另外仲加咗個小食泡椒鳳爪，酸辣味道一流，令人一口接一口。最後嘅點品叫咗成都老冰粉作為甜品，清涼滑口，帶有一絲香甜，係一個理想嘅結尾🥰總結來講，呢兩個套餐無論係味道定係價錢，都非常值得一試！如果你鍾意食辣，唔好錯過呢兩款！
