To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍凍最岩就係食烤魚,去咗九龍城呢間正宗四川烤魚,暖返個身先!餐廳裝修係中式木系為主,原來已經經營18 年,能 屹立多年食物質素應該唔錯~平時食烤魚最怕食到啲魚骨,店員介紹我哋食鉗魚,會小啲骨,魚質夠滑,店員仲會幫我哋剪開,等啲魚更入味湯底有幾款,今次就揀咗香辛辣味湯底,辣度唔太食得辣人都岩,而且好香,鉗魚本身都幾大條,配茶有好多,特別係芽菜, 吸曬湯底真係好好食,烤魚可以配一款$28 蚊配菜 就揀咗 蓮藕,爽口帶微辣整體: 烤魚正宗四川口味,以後多咗個選擇啦😂
