To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

▫瘋狂缽缽雞二人餐(HKD 238)🍢缽缽雞有30串蔬菜同30串肉，可以揀冷湯或熱湯，冷湯係傳統四川食法，熱湯係迎合香港人習慣，而口味都有分麻辣同藤椒。我地揀左冷湯藤椒口味🤤，所謂嘅冷湯唔係凍冰冰而係正常室溫，食物浸5分鐘再反轉會更入味👍🏻。藤椒口味麻而不辣，睇落表面有一層油但食落唔多覺，因為用左好純嘅芝麻油，同埋好多芝麻夠香而且愈食愈麻😋。⠀蔬菜有粟米🌽/萵筍/木耳/瓜🥒/蓮藕／西蘭花🥦&唔同嘅菇類🍄等等⠀而肉有蝦🦐/魷魚🦑/去骨雞腳/雞尖/鴨舌/牛肚等等。⠀⠀食完D竹籤放係寫住瘋狂吃貨上上簽嘅竹籤筒好得意😙。⠀▫瘋狂套餐 (HKD 93) 有麵+小食+野飲+甜品⠀🍜瘋狂大排面好鐘意佢嘅麵呀😻！ 彈牙又好味😋 質地介符上海麵同拉麵之間。大排肉都幾香，而湯地叫左白湯好清甜。另外加左豬腸(HKD 13)真係好乾淨👍🏻⠀🌶泡椒鳳爪都幾辣🔥正😋⠀🍹冰糖雪梨汁甜甜地⠀🥣成都老冰粉真係好解辣而且唔會太甜，材料有黑白芝麻/提子乾/酒釀丸子/花生。⠀▫環境好復古影相好靚⠀▫menu
