To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近聽朋友講,佢話觀塘開咗一間四川菜,辣到好過癮,於是佢專登帶我過嚟一齊試菜。一入去到門口,見佢冇咩特色,本來平常心,但一坐低 食落先知道廚師功架!!! 老壇酸菜魚 $168我吔一來就叫咗佢,非常之大盤, 我第一啖就飲佢啲湯底,酸酸辣辣,味道配搭得非常之好,我輕輕撈一把,裏面有好多魚肉,每塊都白雪雪,好厚肉。 酸菜嘅莖好脆口多汁,酸甜適中。湯底嘅花椒同胡椒粒多,好香又唔油膩。湯底入面仲有其他配菜,非常之豐富。 四川辣子雞$168, 主角嚟啦!呢個係我哋又唔係太食得辣,但又想試下呢一度嘅功夫,所以叫咗呢一個。哇-- 辣得好過癮!!!! 乾鍋花菜$88, 最後一道菜係做呢一個,終於可以回歸平靜啦🤣🤣🤣
