今日一早拎野去筲箕灣比朋友,朋友知我未食早餐,同我去附近餐廳食。越南老街裝潢簡約,主打地道越南菜。早餐:漢堡扒湯檬:漢堡扒肉味濃,湯底香甜,檬粉爽口。配香脆可口嘅蒜蓉多士和滑蛋七喜午餐炭燒香茅豬扒湯河配越北油條:豬扒係厚切,炭燒至金黃色,食落滿口炭燒香味,肉味濃郁,唔會鞋口。河粉滑溜,酥脆油條吸收湯底味道更具層次,惹味豐富,百吃不厭。越南炸春卷:以越南特有的網狀米紙卷成的春卷,經油炸的米紙帶有脆脆的口感,饀料豐富,食落不會感到油膩。蝦餅炸到金黃色,蝦肉新鮮口感彈牙,再配上甜酸醬夠晒開胃。凍奶茶喝起來茶香味濃郁,喜歡茶味的一定很愛。臨記格仔餅配自家製花生碎煉奶及花生醬:格仔餅即叫即做,十分脆口,塗滿煉奶和花生醬甜而不膩,加添花生碎可增加口感,
