To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 西上環一帶中西文化匯聚,真係諗到、諗唔到嘅選擇都有,呢晚同老婆食飯,竟然比我地搵到間正宗墨西哥菜,係位於西營盤水街嘅Verde Mar前菜 - Ceviche De Avocado:「Ceviche 」係一個特殊嘅烹調手法,特點係會加左蕃茄、檸檬汁等酸味嘅元素,再加上牛油果,簡單黎講就係會令大家有refreshing嘅感覺,非常開胃主菜 - Mexican Seafood Paella:今次真係特登黎食,我同老婆都好鍾意食海鮮飯,但香港有得食嘅地方不多。今次呢份呢個份量十足,海鮮基本上舖滿飯面,同西班牙海鮮飯會有啲唔同,更似我地食緊嘅炒飯,個人就非常喜歡,滿意!另外仲叫左杯特濃朱古力,甜品飲品二合一,正。餐廳環境好趣致,除左天花板掛左墨西哥裝飾外,仲有個室外花園種左不少仙人掌,絕對係一個amazing又享受嘅晚上
