To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1. 韓式辣汁牛肉湯|6.5/10
夏天熱辣辣就最啱食又熱又辣嘅湯飯^ ^石鍋上嘅關係,一上枱個陣仲係bulubulu滾熱辣㗎(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)
味道方面偏鹹但飲到香濃嘅肉味,唔似某啲hea99死鹹味精湯
料都算足,有東粉、芽菜、蕨菜乾、洋蔥同牛肉( ̀⌄ ́) 值得一讚係佢哋又落蕨菜,喺香港好似唔係咁常見,覺得應該係偏向正宗㗎喇

隆重介紹世一野芝麻湯(如果唔係佢賣相唔太上鏡,我會擺佢係第一張㗎嗚嗚)
一直無聽過呢個菜式,直到同事不斷賣命狂推之後先上網checkcheck佢乜料(⊙_⊙)原來佢係韓國係好common會見到嘅餐點,通常係啲街邊傳統小店會食到~_~;
跟住我想分享下我嘅無知!見到餐牌寫住野芝麻,心諗芝麻咪芝麻,最多咪分黑白,乜鬼野芝麻先!
原來,野芝麻係紫蘇籽咁解吖!所以呢個豆腐鍋食落口係好濃烈嘅紫蘇香,如果唔中意紫蘇嘅朋友要睇路啦

4. 韓式海鮮豆醬湯|6/10
된장찌개唔係版主平時會揀嘅餐點,但食咗一啖之後覺得大醬配海鮮都算好食,食到海產嘅鮮甜味之後會feel到大醬個陣帶甜嘅後勁

重點推俾重口味嘅人類,平時鍾意清淡飲食嘅可能要買定梳蕉係屋企俾自己吸多啲鉀質去水腫啦
