To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

身為香港區打工仔嘅一份子，梗係離唔開要OT。今晚知道要做到好嘢，所以就要食定啲嘢。我就嚟咗中環士丹利街嘅瘋狂小面試吓佢有幾瘋狂。要上一層，行樓梯或者搭𨋢。呢度裝修都有啲特別，有少少大陸嘅地下街感覺。我建議食套餐A+B+C+D，即係一碗麵㗎嘢飲，再加一個小食同甜品。瘋狂牛肉面唔講唔知，原來係牛𦟌，好咬口，有牛味。記得走芫荽（如果你唔食嘅話），如果唔係by default會提供俾你。打邊爐最緊要係個爐，所以碗麵最緊要係啲麵，而的而且確，我覺得啲面係最好食，麵身又爽又彈牙，唔係嗰啲一咬即斷嗰啲。湯底可選擇紅湯或白湯，而紅湯就會係辣嘅。泡椒鳳爪超正！如果鍾意食辣嘅肯定會好鍾意。餐單都標誌左兩條辣椒，所以真係有啲辣。但係就勁入味同惹味。值得推介！紅棗銀耳湯食完啲超立方走，真係要飲番杯烏梅汁解解辣，但我覺得仲未夠。好在有個甜品，哥銀耳湯只係少少甜，所以好啱我。清涼又解渴！
