To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久唔久就會想去赤柱行一轉，慢慢享受吓陽光普照嘅冬日氣息😌呢間Classified雖然內部裝修得幾靚，但我哋依然選擇坐外面。龍蝦汁意大利飯非常正宗！飯粒外軟內硬，我自己就好鍾意，而且個龍蝦汁非常濃郁👍Eggs Benedict 配煙三文魚十分美味，多士鬆脆同時又吸滿醬汁，正呀！兩個burgers夠晒大份，一樣食到停唔到咀👍食完行行吓又覺得口痕，哈哈，再加個麥當勞軟雪糕！此時此境的確係最佳的幸福甜品😌Lobster sauce risottoEggs BenedictFried Chicken burgerClassified Beef burger
