To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日咁啱要去太古附近買野順便食埋lunch先番屋企，行過見到呢間食新加坡菜就入咗去食。斑斕蛋糕配椰子雪糕 斑蘭蛋糕鬆軟可口，斑斕味道濃郁，真係好似新加坡食嘅一樣，加上椰子雪糕椰子味稻香甜。凍美祿恐龍好足料，美祿味道就算凍飲都唔會淡。日式醬爆炒雞丼呢個見佢哋係新推出就試吓，份量多，雞肉炸到外皮香脆，裏面仲好Juice，加上醬汁10分惹味。迷你招牌蝦喇沙 湯底辣都唔算太過辣，非常啱我口味，濃厚椰漿味好香濃，大蝦爽口彈牙，豆卜吸收晒喇沙味道超級好味。鹹蛋黃雞翼香濃嘅鹹蛋黃包住嫩滑多汁雞翼，惹味香口。
