To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

是日過開去太古城果邊同客開會, 為左趕D份PROJECT LUNCH都冇食到, 開完會都係四點, 咁梗係同同事係附近搵野食下啦係建安閣果邊搵到間似快餐廳既, 竟然係食新加波野, 有驚喜, 見價錢都OK就入去新加波三寶雞飯, 肉骨茶同喇吵, 正, 仲有好多小食, 炒飯果D雖然係快餐店形式, 但叫完野食之後, 佢會比部機你, 只要放係指定位置, 就有人扲埋野比你食, 都幾舒服大蝦喇沙-$128係香濃既喇沙湯底, 唔算辣, 唔會破壞喇沙既味道, 味道完全滲入米線度, 超好味, 而且有大蝦三隻, 都幾大隻新鮮, 而且仲有魚皮, 蛋, 豆卜, 真心好味肉骨茶-$108肉骨茶係用上超香濃既胡椒湯底, 絕對唔係水汪汪, 好味到可以當湯飲, 而肉都幾多舊, 而且夠晒嫩口, 送飯一流, 我地都幾LIKE D個雞肉串燒-$45咁食得新加波野, 點可以冇串燒? 沙嗲味超正, 真係覺得自己去左旅行, 而雞肉燒得岩岩好, 好香口椰子雪糕-$15我個人為食, 叫多個雪糕, D個有驚喜, 真係有椰子肉, 食落好有口感, 而且唔太甜, 做甜品岩岩好總結真係幾好味, 有驚喜, 會食到令人有去左旅行既錯覺
