好多新派居酒屋都鍾意整色整水,搞好多gimmick,但係呢間居酒屋反其道而行,正正還原咗舊式居酒屋🏮 原來佢哋已經開業21週年,所以室內時間嘅痕跡一啲都唔突兀,完全感受到傳統老派居酒屋嘅味道🍶整體嚟講,當日道道菜都好新鮮,日本室津時令活石蠔 ($180/4) 夠鮮甜,食落去口感偏爽口🦪時令刺身薄切 ($198)當日係深海池魚薄切,食落去同樣新鮮,店家仲提供酸汁、蒜、蔥,更加吊起個鮮味🥳 特選花之魚生飯 ($198)有吞拿魚、海膽同油甘魚,海膽夠鮮甜完全唔腥,油甘魚同吞拿魚都新鮮,特別鍾意佢個飯底有超~多芝麻同紫菜,撈起上嚟特別香(❛◡❛✿)除咗刺身,同朋友都叫咗啲串燒同燒物試吓~蒲燒鰻魚 ($118)係最驚豔🫶🏻因為夠肥美,魚皮仲燒到微微焦脆,放落口真心超幸福🧡 牛舌 ($38)都好唔錯,夠厚切食落有口感👍🏻網燒牛小排 ($128) 燒到粉嫩,本身用咗燒汁調味,所以唔洗點鹽食都已經好夠味🥳總括嚟講,呢到食物質素相當唔錯,雖然環境冇新派嘅fancy,但係價錢都唔算貴,明白點解可以係競爭激烈嘅尖沙咀區屹立不倒🙌🏻
