To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嚟到尖沙咀想食海南雞去到k11 Muse 我會選擇呢一間由前文華東方最出色的海南雞廚師主你的, 星加坡菜館.呢度有好多星加坡名菜當鍾意海南雞最出名其次仲有肉骨茶喇沙首先我叫咗個海南雞飯正宗海南雞油飯入口清香雞皮好嫩滑配上三種正宗星加坡醬非常惹味醒胃，啱曬鍾意食海南雞的我。之後就叫咗一個雞肉喇沙，喇沙的湯底用上正宗星加坡喇沙，湯味濃鬱食落又唔會確喉。雞肉嫩滑，豆卜把喇沙的精華吸下去非常鮮味。呢度地方闊客戶服務員態度很好。

首先我叫咗個海南雞飯正宗海南雞油飯入口清香雞皮好嫩滑配上三種正宗星加坡醬非常惹味醒胃，啱曬鍾意食海南雞的我。

之後就叫咗一個雞肉喇沙，喇沙的湯底用上正宗星加坡喇沙，湯味濃鬱食落又唔會確喉。

雞肉嫩滑，豆卜把喇沙的精華吸下去非常鮮味。
