To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星馬菜香港都有唔少餐廳，但論正宗，我覺得呢間味道都唔錯。最常食嘅係炒貴刁同海南雞喇沙，海南雞都有自己嘅特色，係淡黃色嘅雞皮，雞皮仲要好薄滑，雞肉滑嫩鮮美。仲帶有淡淡椰香味。喇沙湯底都有講究，味道濃郁，帶點香辣。仲要大大碗，好足料。炒貴刁就火候十足，似足街邊大排檔風味。 呢個真係百食不厭，兩種粉麵口感搭配豐富。配料調味都啱啱好。環境雖然唔大，但都坐得舒服。住喺附近，偶爾買個外賣返去都幾方便，多個選擇，質素又唔錯。
