To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

想吃椰子雞鍋,在香港不是很多地方可以吃到,路過旺角,看到這裏的招牌,便來到這裏。椰子雞鍋,採用了海南島文昌雞,皮脆肉嫩,而鍋內的椰青水,是用三個新鮮的椰子中抽取,所以味道非常鮮甜。侍應首先將計件房內放在椰青水內,待5分鐘之後,就可以先喝湯和吃雞,然後開始火鍋。杞子桂圓雪梨茶,甜到不高,味道清甜,雪梨茶俱有清潤作用,用來吃火鍋非常配合。幸福臘味煲仔飯,內有潤腸、臘腸和臘肉,加點蔥、芫荽和醬油,便成了一個美味可口的煲仔飯。即炸響鈴,雖然只有三件,不過層數很多,所以吸湯能力超強,非常有豆味。娃娃菜,放在雞湯內,味道更鮮甜可口。前菜是木耳和青瓜,木耳酸甜味美,青瓜爽口中帶點辣味,是一個開胃的前菜。特色醬料,有指天椒粒、桔仔和沙薑,將所有醬料,放在醬油內,除了可以提升鮮味,亦可減少雞的油膩感。
