To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我呢排喺深水埗返工，晏晝食嚟食去都係西九龍上邊嗰啲food court啊附近啲茶餐廳，今日呢就專登去睇吓有冇啲我想食嘅泰國菜啦就搵到呢一間，評分都算幾多，所以就去試一試啦。咁我同一個同事去啦，我哋一個人呢就嗌咗豬頸肉蛋飯，佢就嗌咗肉鬆海鮮炒飯。咁講返個服務體驗啦，咁啲員工呢就真係泰國人嚟嘅都識少少廣東話，成個感覺都係俾人覺得真係一間好正宗嘅泰菜咁樣，而且環境都尚算坐得舒服嘅。而講吓嗰兩個飯啦咁第一嗰啲豬頸肉呢就唔會柴咬落去有啲肉汁，我覺得係幾好食㗎啦，而另外嗰個海鮮肉碎炒飯呢啲肉鬆同海鮮都多！同個飯嘅比例呢都差差唔多啱啱好啦，咁所以都唔錯好食。再加埋個價錢50-60蚊搞掂絕對係值得一試！
