年初三去觀塘同表姐拜年,佢準備咗好多賀年糕點招呼我,知我喜歡食泰菜,仲買咗水門雞飯外賣比我食。水門雞飯是由本地人開設的泰式海南雞飯店,於大埔、元朗、尖沙咀均有分店,由泰國大廚主理,所用香料及調味料均由泰國直送。水門雞半隻:水門雞均用上約2.5斤重的白身走地雞,勝在皮薄少脂肪,雞肉無比滑溜,肉質細軟又有彈性。附送爽口嘅雞腸和嫩滑雞血。鳳尾蝦炒金邊粉:金邊粉炒得夠乾身,味道酸甜,鳳尾蝦肉質爽彈,擠點青檸汁,配上一點花生碎和辣椒粉,味道層次豐富極了!泰式豬手飯:豬手軟稔入味,啖啖骨膠原的感覺,豬皮還帶一點點彈性,不會過爛。雞油蒸飯係用泰國茉莉香米,加入雞湯、香料、蒜頭、辣椒炒完再煲,每啖都帶有清淡雞油香味。雞湯以雞殼、豬骨等以慢火熬足4小時,加上泰國胡椒,入口有好重嘅胡椒辛香味。
