To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係賀朋友新居入伙，所以入嚟大美督郊遊下既，我地人少少，所以決定係附近搵下野食，離遠就見到座四面佛啦，所以就決定入嚟試下先鋪頭細細但又估唔到內裡裝修都幾有泰國feel話明係泰國菜，更係要試下佢個冬蔭公湯啦wow...個湯真係好正呀（食唔到辣既朋友我提議大家叫少辣）之後我地仲叫左燒雞，串燒同原個海鮮菠蘿炒飯嘩..個菠蘿炒飯一上枱，真係不得了，大碟到就嚟滿瀉，仲勁多料添！跟住個串燒都唔錯既之後就到燒雞嚟啦，我一直都認為雞胸會係好'鞋'既，但估唔到食落又幾滑喎，呢個燒雞真係必食推介呀不得不提...絕大多數既泰國菜館都有落味精既，但呢間竟然無，至少我由食完飯到返屋企都冇口乾呀
