To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小店位於九龍城，提供多款特色泰菜料理，當中嘅招牌有咖喱法包軟殼蟹、安格斯牛小排、冬陰功湯、明爐香檸汁蒸桂花魚、燒脆皮白鱔等，食物即叫即整，需等候一段時間，價錢親民，值得到訪👌🏻黃咖喱燒雞扒嘅黃咖喱醬汁濃郁，濃稠度適中，唔水，唔辣，雞扒嫩滑，燒完都保持到juicy，而且幾大塊，搭配好match，配飯一流🙈 海南雞係必點item，雞肉啖啖肉，雞皮夠彈，完全唔嚡口，油飯油香而唔膩，幾好👍🏻個人喜歡鮮蝦炒金邊粉，鮮蝦大大隻好爽口，金邊粉炒得好有鑊氣，夠乾身， 麵條質感帶點彈牙，甜中帶酸，調味啱啱好～ 炒米粉都唔錯，配料有扎肉、蟹柳、豬頸肉粒同蝦仁，口感豐富😚滷水豬手同樣出色，豬手炆得夠腍，煮至入味，無毛，性價比高、香葉肉碎茄子燴飯可以自行選擇辣度，非常簡單但好惹味嘅菜式，肉碎都幾多而且茄子嫩滑有口感，加埋香葉好有泰feel～
