To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排成日黎九龍城搵食，但係食得多太多泰國野，想食下其他，襯呢排凍凍地就去左食烤魚，見到個個都食烤魚食到好滋味，即刻試下先！ 🟠 香麻辣味烤魚因為同行者有人唔食得太辣，所以叫左小辣，不過都好滿足，滿滿既辣椒、花椒，我地叫左細半條都好夠食，份量十足，魚肉肉質嫩滑，我地仲加左娃娃菜同紅薯粉，溝埋啲汁同花椒真係令我食指大動呀😳😳😳 🟤 香辣東風螺有咬口又好鮮香惹味，岩晒送酒，食到停唔到口，正丫😍 🔴 烤羊鞍烤得夠香，夠juicy，怕羊羶味既人可以食呢個，因為佢羊味雖然濃但唔會覺得臭，好食👍 ⚫ 燒鮮白鱔串鍾意食鱔既人記得叫，啖啖肥美鮮甜又無骨，魚既表面炸到有焦香脆身，裡面又唔會好乾
