Restaurant: Chill Out Chaozhou Cuisine (The Grid)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日姨媽來探我,佢係一個正宗的潮州人,今日帶佢去食潮州菜,呢到地方寬敞,裝修新穎,店員招呼周到,受到熱情的款待。下次一定再介紹朋友嚟!1.滷水鵝肉滷水鵝大大碟,滷得好入味~ 鵝肉紮實、甘香,充滿鵝油香。底下有不少豆腐,豆腐好滑,外層都沾滿滷汁,非常美味。2.椒鹽九肚魚九肚魚即叫即炸,香噴噴,外皮薄薄一層,脆卜卜,內裏九肚魚魚肉滑。表面有椒鹽作調味,好惹味。3.紅燒乳鴿(隻)乳鴿都係即刻燒起㗎,外皮脆脆地,內裏好juicy,肉質嫩滑,好有鹹香。4.潮式炸雙棗(虾棗及蟹棗)依款小食好特別,姨媽都話正宗。兩款炸後外皮酥脆,蝦肉/ 蟹肉粒配上爽脆馬蹄同芹菜粒,令口感豐富非常,而且好香口美味。5.金腿筋扒津我地再叫左個蔬菜,娃娃菜吸滿金華火腿湯嘅湯汁,好鮮甜。另外仲有粉絲,蝦米等材料。6.蠔仔粥蠔仔粥粥底好綿密、味道鮮甜。蠔仔粒粒都漲卜卜,好新鮮。

滷水鵝大大碟,滷得好入味~ 鵝肉紮實、甘香,充滿鵝油香。底下有不少豆腐,豆腐好滑,外層都沾滿滷汁,非常美味。

2.椒鹽九肚魚
九肚魚即叫即炸,香噴噴,外皮薄薄一層,脆卜卜,內裏九肚魚魚肉滑。表面有椒鹽作調味,好惹味。

3.紅燒乳鴿(隻)
乳鴿都係即刻燒起㗎,外皮脆脆地,內裏好juicy,肉質嫩滑,好有鹹香。
