公司附近新開了一間潮州餐廳一直都好想試,今日終於有時間去試下,入到餐廳環境寬敞,餐牌上的菜式都好吸引。黑松露金沙蝦多士- 賣相吸引,金黃色的多士再配以秘製的黑松露醬,味道濃郁香口,口感不錯。椒絲腐乳炒通菜- 通菜嫩嫩綠綠,入口爽脆,加入椒絲腐乳,辣辣地好惹味,配白飯一流。潮盛滷水鵝片- 鵝肉經過滷製,有入口即化感覺而且帶有滷汁的香氣,肉質的都好鮮嫩。豉椒炒鵝腸- 鵝腸與豆豉和辣椒炒拌,既有鵝腸的彈牙口感,又融入了豆豉的鹹香和辣椒的辣味,味道十足又有鑊氣福果胡椒豬肚湯- 以豬肚為主材,加入胡椒和福果,有微辣嘅感覺,酸菜炆得好淋,酸酸辣辣飲完好暖胃,令人回味無窮。
