To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日同朋友講開佢哋話食川菜一定要試下食砵砵雞，所以就搵到一間鋪頭啦我哋兩個人叫咗個套餐再加個酸辣粉，飽到上心口！先講係我係呢間餐廳食到覺得最好食嘅嘢先，就係佢個小食棒棒雞啦！唔好睇佢細細兜份量都唔少，冇骨的。麻辣適中，勁惹味呢個我哋揀咗正宗室溫嘅食法，叫左中辣。我覺得麻香辣嘅味道係正嘅，麻同香配合得好好。但可能叫咗室溫嘅關係中辣就唔係好辣，但我試左夾起一粒騰椒黎食，係辣到我傻既。所以食室溫可以試下食最辣，熱食就可能中辣都ok。因為睇過其他介紹話面係偏淋，而我唔鍾意食淋嘅面，所以叫咗個酸辣粉，而個酸辣粉又係超正！又係所有味道都做得好平衡！而且特別香辣。呢間已經列入左我其中一間最愛辣店！飲品OK，清甜解辣。
