由老雪園原班人馬主理,還原六十年代老上海菜式口味。餐廳座位舒適,設有卡位~朋友係品茶達人,所以開茶時升級加$28轉咗雪菊,氣味幽香,回甘醇厚,上等紅茶的味道。松子桂魚濃稠的糖醋醬汁味道酸甜醒胃,色澤鮮艷。魚身鎅花後經油炸後會出現像松鼠毛髮蓬松的樣子,盡見師傅刀功了得。魚頭微昂,魚尾上翹擺盤造型好看又有氣勢。魚肉飽滿鮮嫩,少刺多肉。還有松子仁、椒、洋蔥作點綴,色香味俱全。小籠包我最鍾意嘅小食之一。新鮮熱辣。外皮好夠薄,內裏充滿肉汁。
