To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時自己都好鐘意睇下openrice有咩美食推介，然後自己再去搵嚟食。呢一間梨泰園系openrice都成日見到啦，今日終於有機會過嚟試食...！！老闆同服務員好似都系韓國人，會幫手烤肉，所以烤肉嘅手法同埋食材都系比較正宗嘅韓式。 不過今日嚟呢就唔系為咗烤肉，系為咗食其他特別嘅韓國料理！！店入邊好有韓國style，我特別鐘意店內掛系墻上面嘅畫，無論大細都好special燈光比較昏暗，食飯嘅時候會比較有氣氛。 前菜有9碟，每一份嘅份量都唔大，兩個人食前菜就啱啱好啦，唔會食得太飽，又可以試下各種美食，有蛋卷、八爪魚、仲有我最愛嘅kimchi！！！ 人參雞湯，果然系真材實料！！！將成只雞擺曬落個煲到，再同人參一齊煲，雞湯味道好濃郁，人參味十足，而且湯唔會好油膩，已經隔走曬啲雞油啦，好飲！ 水冷麺，果然夏天都係要食冷麵，成日睇韓國嘅綜藝節目都見到有人食冷麵，今日自己終於食咗一次，口感清涼，伴住涼拌青瓜、蘿蔔一齊食，清爽。 蒸水蛋就食得多啦，韓國蒸蛋呢就系第一次食，口感比我地平時食嘅水蛋要再水一啲，口感系偏豆腐。海鮮泡菜餅，呢個我最愛！酸辣得嚟又開胃！！！濃濃嘅泡菜味系佢嘅特
