香港的韓式炸雞店我自問都算是常客,但甚少嚐到與韓國炸雞一樣的質素,今日一嚐Sodam Chickren,我想我找到了。和朋友在星期六的中午吃午飯,兩人套餐大約$400,放中環區算合理價錢,加上套餐份量很大,食得超飽。先說小食,芝士薯條表面灑上厚厚的芝士粉,非常惹味,令人一條接一條的吃不停。螺肉伴冷面份量超大,味道偏辣,很是韓國的辣味!再來是重頭戲雙拼炸雞,我們選了柚子和甜酸味道,無骨炸雞食落啖啖肉,肉質香滑鮮嫩,酸甜味道夠惹味開胃。但我想喪讚的是柚子味,柚子汁不是街買樽裝的柚子蜜造汁味,是真的自製柚子汁,而且汁多,每一啖雞都有柚子汁包圍,食落不油不乾,超級美味!餐茶點了蜂蜜檸檬綠茶,淡淡的綠茶味配上濃味的食物是最佳配搭!

再來是重頭戲雙拼炸雞,我們選了柚子和甜酸味道,無骨炸雞食落啖啖肉,肉質香滑鮮嫩,酸甜味道夠惹味開胃。
但我想喪讚的是柚子味,柚子汁不是街買樽裝的柚子蜜造汁味,是真的自製柚子汁,而且汁多,每一啖雞都有柚子汁包圍,食落不油不乾,超級美味!
