近日發現依間新開的餐館,見佢午餐時間都多人,所以都冇入去。終於最近喺非繁忙時間過嚟,一於試吓。店舖裝修比較簡單,見menu 有款順化豬手,好奇問下係咩,原來順化係廚師的家鄉,係越南嘅地方,長知識了。不過,我最後點了豬扒飯加蒸粉卷同熱老薑蜜。豬扒鬆軟入味,飯面的青葱有油香,加上酸菜好開胃,我見有壺酸汁就加到飯同豬扒上,估唔到味道更好。個蒸粉卷都好足料,漲卜卜嘅。薑蜜,呢個飲品比較少食肆提供,佢甜度適中,亦有薑味,好潤喉。
