To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

約咗個朋友仔去打邊爐暖笠笠呢間九龍城嘅烤魚非常抵食唔怪得晚上時間座無虛席除咗晚餐下午時間鮮魚湯米線仲好抵食添我哋叫咗二百幾蚊嘅烤魚火鍋另外底嘅火鍋料仲可以任你揀烤魚火鍋包一個火鍋材料亦都可以選擇廚師發板由廚師幫你配搭我哋叫咗酸菜小辣湯底非常香濃未開始食已經俾佢陣陣嘅香氣撲鼻呢隻魚嘅魚骨非常幼細但係肉質鮮嫩滑溜叫咗半條兩個人食都已經好夠之後再加左幾個火鍋配料叫埋墨丸同埋寬粉另外仲叫咗幾樣串燒叫咗一個脆白鱔呢個真係值得一讚係我食過嘅串燒鱔入邊最好食嘅一個佢燒到啱啱好而且個皮非常香脆好食到我朋友忍唔住叫多一串另外再叫咗一個燒茄子🍆今次非常豐富好滿足
