來到古色古香、那麼精美的飯店,令人非常舒暢,食欲大增,所以我一早到來跟家人吃中午飯點了燻蛋,它有兩顆,燻蛋最重要的元素就是那煙燻的味道,而且蛋黃是呈水汪汪的狀態,這顆蛋的水準很高,每吃一口也有濃烈的煙燻味,伴碟的合桃是甜甜跟脆脆的臭豆腐這街頭小食,想不到可以在這餐廳找到,它一放在桌上,你已經可以嗅到它臭臭的味道,雖然很臭,但中間的豆腐很滑,外皮也很鬆脆蟹粉現在也很應節薄薄的皮中間包裹著蟹粉味濃郁的涵料香脆的韮菜餃煎成帽子的形狀外層有脆脆的芝麻,中間夾了蝦肉多士也是第一吃中間的素菜很新鮮爽脆雞翼裏面釀著糯米飯終於來到今天的主角,師傅把魚的肉片起,再放油炸,之後再倒上酸酸甜甜的醬汁,真的非常開胃
