To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

深水埗蘇媽好出名一直都好出名，但可惜成日都要等號耐先有位。自從旺角開左分店之後，我就成日都幫襯旺角嗰間，地點方便又大間，而且裝修都好有特色。百吉爹肉骨茶（大雜錦）黎到蘇媽當然要試個肉骨茶，可惜晚市去嘅時候，得返大雜錦。不過唔緊要，肉骨茶最緊要個湯底。個湯底飲落唔會有好重嘅藥材味, 非常容易入口，最正嘅係個湯係無限添飲。大雜錦就乜都有D，豬肉幾淋且味濃；豬手口感爽脆；三層肉帶油香，仲有油炸鬼響鈴等索湯食材。紫菜肉鬆咖央多士多士烘得香脆，咖央醬係厚厚咁鋪滿成層。幼滑嘅央醬加上紫菜肉鬆，鹹甜交織，非常特別。
