今晚我地又食娘惹菜,位於荃灣海濱內的小店,舊址是西營盤。聽說店主有個浪漫故事,Derek是娘惹後代,曾在馬來西亞酒店當總廚,多年前在紐西蘭工作假期遇上來自香港的太太。為了她搬到香港,並以多年來在祖母身邊學娘惹菜,再移居香港開業,重有,小店標榜食物沒有味精,食得安心又放心外,還食得到用心做菜。#原隻鴨蛋咖央多士 甜度合當,多士香脆,流心鴨蛋咖央,口感不錯👍👍#熱浪牛尾喇沙 牛尾好夠淋,大大件,在口中嘗到牛的濃重味道,喇沙汁上散了少少辣椒碎粒,令到喇沙味更突出,用心之作👍👍👍#海鮮深海魚蛋喇沙 喇沙湯比較淡,但起碼不覺油,最好食是深海魚蛋,鮮甜彈牙,必要試魚蛋👍👍👍#亞參鮮魚湯 不停食,忘記影相😹,這菜式味道非常有層次,首先食到菠蘿味,甜,又嘗到青檸味,酸,之後就辣,幾突別,但唔食得辣就唔好試了👍👍
