To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友睇完戲就去左蘇媽食，朋友係第一次黎食，都話覺得幾唔錯。餐牌選擇好多款，粉面飯，肉骨茶等經典既馬拉菜都有! 甲必丹咖哩雞扒原來甲必丹咖哩係馬來西亞係好出名既特色菜，醬汁用左洋蔥、辣椒、香茅、咖哩粉、椰漿等等既材料整成，所以香氣好獨特，同埋口感都好豐富。咖哩汁有好濃郁既咖哩椰子氣味, 醬汁好惹味，而且係偏辣，撈埋白飯到食好夾。雞扒好大塊，雞肉嫩滑，雞皮焦脆，配埋咖哩汁食都好香。另外伴碟仲有沙律，可以減膩。椰香咖央多士多士卜卜脆，椰香同埋斑蘭味都好足夠，入面仲夾左牛油，更加香口。怡保白咖啡 (走甜) 咖啡飲落香醇幼滑，就算簡左走甜都唔會有苦澀味!
