To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一入店就聞到陣陣肉骨茶嘅藥材香味，裝修有馬來西亞檳城感覺，傳統嘅感覺～～唔少得必點嘅肉骨茶，有多款肉類選擇，我揀咗食開嘅一字骨，份量兩個人食剛剛好，有四嚿啖啖肉，入味肉嫩，湯底濃郁鮮甜，配料豆卜、金菇索晒汁～點黑醬汁食～另外，叫咗個睇落吸引嘅檳城白咖喱海鮮面，呢個有驚喜，白咖喱轉咗少辣，都幾惹味，係我鐘意嘅奶香湯底，蜆肉飽滿幾鮮甜～仲叫咗份小食，豬、牛、雞各一嘅沙嗲串燒，唔錯，沙嗲汁香濃～椰汁斑蘭冰，椰汁奶香好濃好滑！
