To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同阿爸落街食breakfast,佢叫咗好普通的牛扒+滑蛋+火腿通粉+麵包+熱好立克,水準都仲保持到,尤其係個滑蛋,一向都係我家的心頭好,係為咗佢先揀大快活而我自己就想健康啲,叫咗個牛奶無糖燕麥+奶油豬+熱好立克。以為個燕麥會無味+好難食,但又唔錯喎!視乎想像地甜甜地幾好食
