經常周圍去試城中新店,今日就食日本野。來到中環的吉兆同好朋友試廚師發板<吉兆>哩嗰名曾經喺台北食過,所以我以為喺分店,同師傅確認左原來係冇關係😆今日選擇左 lunch omakase🎈首先是頭盤有四款:海帶甜鮑魚爽,最右邊的忘記了,還有我最喜歡的筍跟住就上日本生蠔 ,配合師傅的酸汁好開胃呀冇得輸的海膽紫菜正常發揮之後有幾款刺身拆蟹肉加上蟹膏,哩個一定要食條魚已經唔記得個名,但係實在太多骨啦!希望下次可以換個另一款
