To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早有早聞Brick Lane 嘅 All day breakfast 好出名,唔知佢係咪香港嘅始祖呢?所以今次三個人來食,order咗兩個set lunch同1 set All day breakfast。如果佢係始祖,咁個All day breakfast就唔算貴 (within 100 as I remember),其實來來去去All Day Breakfast就係咁上下,只要佢嘢食夠熱,份量正常就已經有八十分以上,呢個All Day Breakfast仲有一小兜芝士碎,輕輕撒上任何嘢食到都Carry到。其餘兩個主食叫咗一個燒春雞同豬仔脾,好老實講味道就無咩特別,印象唔深,而且兩個主食嘅個汁對我來說太相似,豬仔脾肉質又太硬實,要用好多牙力先食到。最取勝嘅係個幾粒薯蓉,用唧花唧完再拎去焗,外脆內mashed,口感好特別。而餐湯側邊嘅餐包就加分,有salami嘅咸香又加咗少少Fresh tomato 去焗,令一舊普通嘅餐包生色不少。不過整體而言,呢度質素同平時係工廈樓上舖食到嘅午餐差唔多,Brand Name同interior design 同個feel先令佢值得咁貴,所以會有少少失望
