To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🇯🇵一個丼平既56貴既可以去到百幾蚊，只係得個丼🍱，想要有沙律吖🌱、湯吖🍲果啲要另外加錢。抵唔抵你就見仁見智啦。🔸食左個🍛黑咖哩吉列豬扒🐷飯。豬扒個炸粉唔算厚，唔計炸粉塊扒都有比1cm幾厚既，不過就肉太瘦😣，有啲靭都完全冇肉汁😢。個咖哩汁好夠味，好既係食落唔會好似有渣咁。個飯用食落係日本米🍚既，稍為有啲黏，日本飯既特質。嫌佢比得汁我唔夠我溝飯食，問佢要多啲汁就perfect池😋
