To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

媽咪好中意食酸菜魚🐟今次帶佢去左位於旺角既捌壹壹，聽講佢地既酸菜魚好正，梗係要試下啦😚必食冷鍋酸菜魚🐟食唔辣既我叫左走辣，但依然唔影響酸菜魚既味道，湯汁香得黎又夠味😍入面除左魚之外，仲有芽菜、金菇、萵荀同水晶寬粉，份量十足👍🏻魚肉食落嫩滑彈牙，啖啖都係肉🤩連金菇同寬粉都吸收哂酸菜魚既湯汁，送飯一流，超滿足🥰🥰香酥花枝丸花枝丸炸得好香口，食落好彈牙，配埋泰式辣醬一齊食好惹味🤤🤤柑橘青檸雪碧柑橘青檸好似醃製咗好耐咁，酸得黎幾解渴，飲落仲好fresh添😝荔枝沙冰夏日炎炎點少得沙冰解解渴，荔枝味道好出😎又唔會太甜，而且沙冰感幾重，消暑一流👍🏻
