To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放假食個下午茶是常識吧!炸脾又返來吧, 呢個下午茶餐有生炸雞脾配蘋果薯仔沙律($34),加$6.5可轉配紅豆冰!隻炸脾唔算細隻,炸到皮香肉嫩,熱辣辣又唔油膩,唯味道咸左d,淡味返少許好d!個沙律全是蘋果同薯仔粒,蘋果粒夠爽甜,成個沙律好old school feel, 我鍾意!杯紅豆冰非常普通,奶味唔夠,下次可慳返唔駛加錢轉飲!
