To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工廈拉麵，本身都無期望，仲覺得會伏，不過原本想食個間無位就去左睇睇，食完覺得比想像中好但同熱門拉麵店都真係有距離既。不過，呢間都係要排既，但隊就短啲，而且好似係唔知幾點(1230? 1245? 1300)前離座有折，到咁上下時間就會大批人離座。叫左期間限定蟹皇拌麵第一啖食有蟹皇味，但愈食愈無，少少雞白湯味，麵偏淋。不過不失無咩評語比到，真係好普通正常。不過呢個價錢呢個味道呢個環境同工廈黎講仲要自己執餐盤，收緊同地舖連鎖店差唔多價就覺得少貴。
