「韓印紅」平時見到,估唔到原來喺香港係有餐廳,韓式食品超市「韓印紅」旗下第1間韓國餐廳位於尖沙咀,餐廳面積大、位置闊落,星期日嘅夜晚好多人,餐廳由韓國老闆打理。半半:鹵豬蹄和白切肉+辣拌蕎麥拌麵配肉的泡菜好特別,暫時係我喺香港食過最好的泡菜,回憶起韓國的味道🥹鹵豬蹄和白切肉份量好多,用菜包肉再加上配菜泡菜,令到口感更豐富。辣拌蕎麥拌麵唔算好辣,但份量又係好多,最後食唔晒。醬油蟹配醬油蟹飯好耐冇食醬油蟹🥹🥹,一碟嘅份量都好多,兩個人食剛剛好。店員主動介紹,教我地將一半嘅醬油蟹唧落去飯度攪拌,再將攪拌後嘅醬油蟹同飯放入蟹殼入面,令到飯有醬油蟹嘅醬汁、又有肉嘅鮮甜,口感層次提高。當晚餐廳老闆落場幫手,仲送咗每枱都有韓版益力多。另外,不得不提呢邊慶祝生日嘅方式好特別,邊個損友生日記得book餐廳嘅時候講定,全餐廳會幫你一齊慶祝🤣🤣🤣

半半:鹵豬蹄和白切肉+辣拌蕎麥拌麵
配肉的泡菜好特別,暫時係我喺香港食過最好的泡菜,回憶起韓國的味道🥹

鹵豬蹄和白切肉份量好多,用菜包肉再加上配菜泡菜,令到口感更豐富。
辣拌蕎麥拌麵唔算好辣,但份量又係好多,最後食唔晒。
