To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 即刻從記憶掃到帝苑酒店東來顺,它是我喜愛食肆之一,因為食物質素有保證和一定有位,每次來一定會叫素菜包食,佢嗰個包嘅麵包皮好軟棉棉,擔擔麵花生酱撈得好好味,但係個魚雲就差啲。無辣不歡的我馬上決定要川味麻辣水煮套餐,主菜是我最愛的麻辣水煮桂花魚,推介,內蒙古烤羊肉串,本身個人係好鍾意食蒙古嘅串燒,因為覺得孜然粉配,埋羊肉嘅味道非常好。東來順嘅羊肉串肉味好濃郁肉質亦都比較嫩,在沾上一啲孜然粉食。下次繼續。
