To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

如果你是一人用餐，請剔除周記！周記不歡迎一人用餐，就是有空枱也預留給多人用餐！餐廳負責人，只會款待多人用餐，對一人用餐的回應冷漠，明明有空枱，都説沒有位，也不招呼你等陣，擺出你仲唔走的態度，咪係度阻住做生意！其實天后有很多不錯的餐廳，提供態度友善服務，美味可口菜式，價錢合理，不必無端在周記受氣、白眼，況且價錢並不便宜！周記，你要清楚，客人，不理人數多少，是付出時間金錢到你餐廳品嘗食物，對你餐廳是有期望的，對客人尊重是基本的，而你吔將賺錢把在首位，介意每張枱可坐人數，而忽略對食客服務的質素，真是不敢恭維！
