To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

細個曾經覺得個汁好好味，隔左超過十年都有，水準已不復當年勇。現在有一半在座的都是內地旅客來探店不知道他們是滿意還是失望呢？三餸一麵$45從前辣汁係必點，今日食嘅中辣都唔係好辣，雞亦就唔係好推介，肉散。豬紅同羅白都可以嘅。無俾蔥花。若果以一般車仔麵來說，是普通。但以一路走來的新記來說，是失望。店內亦會發現有烏蠅周圍飛環境衛生要注意我嗰張枱仲要喺最裡面，座位背面就係廁所淨係想快啲食完走人😭
