To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

紅豆生南國,咖啡豆可能就生於南角。九龍城本來係一個懷舊嘅地方,如果要保育,改變用途增加新嘅使用元素其實不壞。黎到南角食早餐,感覺到老闆係有用心去裝修一間本來喺機械廠既咖啡店。 除咗保留以前嘅招牌又加入左好多懷舊嘅裝飾,再加上店內幾個位置都有鮮花,坐得舒適又賞心悅目,可以一邊飲咖啡一邊對古物相思。食品方面,All day Breakfast 好大份而且係小有有羽衣甘籃既沙律菜,個碟仲係用粵東磁廠出品。真係好有心。最緊要係個杯咖啡,一般咖啡店叫左野,食品未到,就已上左飲品,變左飲完先食。呢個咖啡師好貼心,可能因為當時早餐時段唔多人,會係上咗一菜之後先至上杯咖啡。淨係服務都應該要加分。舒適嘅環境加良好嘅服務,呢度值得要推介。ps 咁岩當日,有媒體報導,似乎一間開張多時既店舖,喺芸芸嘅咖啡店中,已經確立左自己既定位同埋生存之道。
