四喜烤麩 @$68: 煙煙韌韌, 是豆類製品, 又不會太鹹或太酸, 挺特別的一道小前菜, 蟲草花螺頭燉雞湯 @$88: 燉湯味道很香濃, 很香甜, 很足料, 而且熱辣辣, 讚!!! 樟茶鴨 (半隻) @$188: 此鴨的外層脆皮像炸子雞般薄脆, 而且很入味, 但缺乏煙燻香氣, 此鴨還配了六個小白麵包, 小白麵包軟綿綿的, 而且滿滿的小麥香氣, 我猜應該是餐廳自家製的, 讚!!!... 金牌蟹粉生煎包 @$78: 生煎包煎得很飽滿, 漲卜卜的, 生煎包包底也是很香脆的, 只是生煎包內的湯餡略遜一籌, 欠缺juicy口感,,, 高力豆沙球 @$58: 就是蛋白包裹著豆沙餡, 口感軟綿綿的, 空氣感滿滿的, 自製鮮豆漿 @$26: 滿滿的豆味, 也沒有太甜, 不錯不錯,,,
