The portion is good enough for me.
Conchiglioni is tender with homemade tomato sauce. The sauce is bit chili with the taste of paprika and sun-dried tomatoes, however it is too sweet for me. On top with parmesan cheese and herbs which enhances the complexity of taste. If you mix the pasta with the half-boiled egg, the sauce becomes smooth and eggy. Bratwurst is the only meat in this dish, and it is rich in oily flavour.
