To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 很久沒有去新世紀廣場 今天趕在11點前到達 因為百樂潮州酒家只有在剛開門時進入才會有位呢百樂潮州始於1967年 以提供正宗潮州菜為宗旨 現在只剩餘四間分店 旺角店內裝修幽雅 保養得宜 雖然開了很久仍不見殘舊我們四大一小 點了12款點心 各有優劣 其中最好味是糖醋煎麵 表面香脆 底層軟滑 充分表現出這款潮州食物的特出之處反沙芋條 芋頭味香濃又軟 外層糖衣脆 超好味哩蘿蔔煮春菜 豬肉卷紹菜 帶出濃濃的潮州味 較為有點失色的是水晶包其中一隻破了皮 豆沙流了出來最失敗的是椒鹽白飯魚 漿粉很厚 白飯魚很細條 其餘的很一般 還有 比較難找到服務員 總括來說是滿意的
