To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 旺角店係未拎星之前我試過一次,0個陣時我覺得比起平日係酒樓0個d冇咁機械化,同埋真係好用心去做。知道深水埗分店開業己有一段時間,都冇時間去試食,趁今次要出旺角,順道去深水埗「拜訪、拜訪」。 我地一行三人去食,可能太早,冇人排隊,我地一人點咗d 點心,有糯米雞、蒸粉果、燒賣、酥皮焗叉燒包、豬潤腸、同埋牛肉球。我本身唔係好鐘意食傳統既叉燒包,但係唯獨呢間既叉燒包我最鐘意食,今次再食,包,鬆化,但餡少。豬潤腸,晶瑩、薄、不糊口。糯米雞係少數食店之中咁大隻,抵食。其他點心size同其他食店差唔多(當然始終冇其他食店咁機械化),整體來說,一半一半la,我始終都係鐘意總店。
