To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

母親節晚飯

飲過幾次茶，吃過一次晚餐，都係平日，食物同服務都良好，見通過幾次都合格，就決定帶媽咪慶祝母親節。當日唔係“正“日慶祝，因為唔想同人迫。但當天餐牌已是“ 頌親恩“餐單。。。。。。冇咗我想和媽媽吃的那個套餐了，那就點些媽媽想吃的來吧！！到了預約時間，入坐，都滿場。但質素就……可能又爆場，人手又唔係好夠，又要保持酒店質素，多樣可能性導致當天他們失手了。茶杯，破裂的。碗，有污漬。碟，好陳舊阿媽：酒店來的？？服務員都很快替換了。唉～唔緊要，希望食物能補救。。。阿媽：幾好味，但冇乜特別，環境同食物都唔及上次去的那間×宮好！！下次唔黎依間，去食第二間啦～係，係……我會再去試下其他，先再帶你食過雖然唔係預期中的好，但都開心的慶祝了母親節
